Getting Your Real Estate License

Coldwell Banker’s Career Development program is designed to help aspiring agents get the information they need in order to become licensed in Arizona. Once licensed, new agents with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage will then receive a solid foundation for their successful career in real estate.

FastStart

Many of the industry’s most successful Realtors are graduates of FastStart. FastStart is an intensive two-week program designed to teach the fundamental selling and people skills necessary to serve buyers and sellers effectively. It also introduces agents to all of the tools, technology and resources available for accelerating their careers. 

Technical Skills Training

Agents are taught the nuts and bolts of real estate transactions. We offer hands-on training covering the basic skills and paperwork needed for most real estate transactions and the presentation skills needed to explain the process to buyers and sellers.

Ongoing Agent Development For Coldwell Banker Agents

Coldwell Banker provides a comprehensive career-development curriculum through a multi-faceted delivery system including live and online instruction that includes on-going Real Estate Issues and Market Responsive training. Agents receive support from Managers, Assistant Managers and other top professionals in the field to help enhance their profitability and long-term success in the industry.

Weekly Office Meetings

Real estate is a fast-changing business. Market changes, legislation, litigation and industry trends require top agents to be constantly learning, adapting and developing new skills if they are to offer the level of service that the public should expect.

At Coldwell Banker, we take those responsibilities seriously and offer our agents the updates they need. Additionally, we are constantly providing our agents with Market Responsive Tools and collateral to help them respond to the market. Our weekly meetings provide a forum to deliver those updates, skills, tools and collaterals.

Success Days

On a regular basis, we host regional get-togethers so that agents can take a few hours away from the business to sharpen their skills. We do that through our Success Days. We also use our Success Days to offer Risk-Reduction classes and Continuing-Education credits.
