The Relocation Division of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage serves as a single point of contact for referrals to corporate relocation management companies all over the world. Our relocation services are tailored to fit the needs of corporate clients and their transferees. A powerful network of seasoned real estate professionals and thoughtful, caring consultants ensure the highest standards of service…service with a commitment to excellence!
Each incoming transferee is assigned a professional relocation consultant who will provide a comprehensive relocation packet and extensive pre-arrival counseling. When appropriate, the relocation consultant will match the transferee with one or more Realtors® who have a track record of excellence both in real estate practice and in meeting the needs of relocating transferees.
Departure transferees are also assigned a relocation consultant who will refer them to a Realtors® selected for their home-marketing expertise. In each case, the consultant will continue as a single point of contact throughout the entire relocation process, checking on progress and addressing any concerns of the transferee or the corporate relocation management consultant.
