Earlene Nelson manages two offices in Arizona - one in North Scottsdale with 132 agents, and one in Fountain Hills with 20 agents. Our offices service Resale, New Construction, Commercial, Resort Properties, Land, and Short-term and Long-Term Rentals. We have an assistant manager, Dale Pavlicek and 6 mentors that help coach new agents with their careers.
Thirty years managing offices in New York, Connecticut, and in Arizona managing offices in,Tucson, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale and Fountain Hills. She has experienced relocation personally, so she understands the process well.
Office Culture
We have a mentoring program for new agents, and our Assistant Manager is always available for support. We have sales meetings every Tuesday and our speakers have included Attorneys, Judges, Congressmen, Law Enforcement officials, Fire Department officials. Accountants, Economists, our Arizona Real Estate Commissioner and, Mayors. Our agents know what is going on locally, in our county, our state, nationally and internationally. Our office production always exceeds the Multiple Listings statistics per agent.
We train our agents to better understand the differences in real estate procedures from state to state, since a majority of our clients are moving here from another area. Our training program is second to none, so you will be dealing with a professional! A lot of our agents have relocated from other parts of the country, so we better understand the challenges of relocation.
