Personal Background

David was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan.  He attended college in Colorado and lived in Denver 11 years prior to moving to Arizona in 2001.  David has two adorable children.

During his career, David has worked as a Project Manager for a home builder and has owned four successful businesses. In addition, he has worked as an Assistant Vice President for Merrill Lynch, and served as Executive Director for a new-concept medical practice. He has also served as a Director of an Arizona luxury home builder, and the Exclusive Broker for Santorini Homes, a high-end luxury home builder in Paradise Valley and Arcadia.

As founder and president of Roney & Associates Realty, David continued to nourish his entrepreneurial spirit, and excelled in providing superior service with the greatest attention to detail.  David is extremely proud that his small firm had received a Top 10 Ranking by Arizona business Magazine, three years running, prior to folding his company into Coldwell Banker. 

David is constantly seeking additional educational opportunities, and has consistently been a multimillion dollar producer. 

David also serves as Chairman of the Respect Life Cancer Foundation, founded to ensure cancer research progresses, but not at the expense of human lives. RLCF is one of the few cancer foundations in the country the does not support the destruction of embryos to cure cancer. He also donates time and/or funds to a variety of other charities.
