First and always, to act in the client's best interest.  This includes being truthful about what the client may expect, in both good times and bad.  To follow through and keep clients informed, to treat clients with respect and confidentiality.

Education and Training

B.S. in Finance.  Years spent  reviewing and analyzing financial statements translates into the ability to analyze pricing and market trends.  This ability is critical in any economy but crucial in the current economy.

I represent both buyers and sellers including bank owned properties.

Community Involvement

I have been an active parent volunteer in my childrens's schools.  I am a member of the Assistance League of Phoenix, a fine organization dedicated to the improvement of our community.
