It's not everyday that you come across an individual that is warm, compassionate, honest, trustworthy and willing to go many extra miles in order to successfully complete a sale for either buyer or seller. However, Yvonne is just that person!

She believes that the customer is priority #1. She specializes in helping anyone who needs assistance in buying or selling real estate in the greater Phoenix area. Yvonne has been a full-time REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 1990.

Yvonne has served on various committees relating to real estate. She chaired the Phoenix Association of REALTORS® Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity in 1998. She served several years on the the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Industry Issues Key Result Area Committee and was also appointed to the position of Director. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the CHRA, Community Housing Resources of Arizona (a non-profit housing counseling agency) for over 20 years and has served as Secretary and Vice-President of the Board of Directors.

Yvonne was also a dedicated wife and foster mother, and helped construct homes for Habitat for Humanity in her spare time.
