Personal Background
Family
My wife, Judy, and I have been married since 1983. We have three children, Ross, 29, Samantha, 25, and Nathan, 21. Ross is a graduate from Bowling Green University, serving with the U.S. Army Band at Ft. Bragg, NC. Samantha is a graduate of Alma College, Alma, MI. and is currently serving in the US Army as a 1st Lieutenant at Ft Lewis, WA. Our youngest son, Nathan, is currently living and working in Lansing, MI.
My motivation for entering into real estate stems from my time in military service, in particular in the U.S. Army Recruiting Command. That experience caused me to realize how much I enjoy working with people in accomplishing their needs, goals and desires. I was a very successful recruiter and station commander during my tenure with the U.S. Army, this success has extended into the real estate profession by following my mission statement. My U.S. Army career started as an M-1 Abrams tank crewman and platoon sergeant, finishing up in the Recruiting Command as a Master Sergeant with 22 years of service.
