Greg Hollman began working in real estate in California in 1988. Seeing the benefits of collaboration, Greg partnered with Brad Sensenbach, another highly motivated agent in his office. Together they launched a successful partnership that continued even when both moved to Tucson in 1991. Greg and Brad proved to be strong, solid and consistent producers in competitive California and Arizona markets.
In 2000, Greg opened the Bear Canyon office of Coldwell Banker Success Realty and managed it until 2001 when he became manager of the new Foothills office in Tucson. There Greg proved himself to be an innovative and capable manager. Within a short time, the office had become one of the company's best performing. In 2007, Greg won the prestigious President's Council Award which recognizes the top 20 percent of office managers nationwide.
In 2008, Greg became regional vice president for Southern Arizona for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which had purchased Coldwell Banker Success Realty in 2005. Greg is responsible for the performance and profitability of seven offices in Tucson and Green Valley.
