Licensed since 1980, Les began his career in California and immediately became a top producer. He was named Rookie of the Year, Man of the Year and REALTOR® of the Year twice before entering management.
Since becoming a manager in 1989, his offices have won numerous awards including the prestigious President’s Council Award. Les also received the Larry Knapp-Joe Mucci Award for Exemplary Leadership.
In April 2007, Les was transferred to Arizona to assume his current position as senior vice president and regional manager.
Les has been with the company since 1991 via several corporate acquisitions. He is a broker and holds the CRB designation.
Les earned his bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Chico State University in 1971. He believes he lives a charmed life having been married to his wife Jan for the past 35 years. They have two daughters, Ellie, an orthotist/prosthetist, and Janine, who will receive her law degree in December 2008.
