Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage- Sabrina has been recognized with the International Diamond Society Award, finishing in the top 40 agents out of 1400 agents in Arizona and is in the top 2.5% of over 40,000 agents nationally. She achieved this status with Coldwell Banker by working harder than most and focusing on her clients needs with the intention of exceeding their expectations. 

Soon after joining Coldwell Banker, Sabrina qualified as a Previews International Specialist, is a Certified Master Negotiations Expert and a multiple award winner in Customer Service. Sabrina’s success in real estate is driven by her “Client For Life” philosophy, built on developing strong and trusted relationships with her clients. She generates and executes highly detailed analytical and competitive “Go to Market” strategies; this combined with a strong work ethic and essential business fundamentals Sabrina creates results. She also easily demonstrates her wealth of real estate knowledge and expertise, carefully guiding clients through the process of selling or buying a home.

Working by Referral- Relationships are more important than transactions.  You may have noticed that real estate agents take a transactional approach to sales, identifying clients, closing the deal, and moving on to the next one. Sabrina chooses not to work that way because she believes her clients deserve more from the professional they decide to work with.    Sabrina has dedicated herself fully to the activities that benefit her clients most and strives to deliver truly exceptional service.  She knows she must gain her client's trust to earn the privilege of future referrals. Sabrina has a vested interest in making sure that her clients are completely satisfied at the end of the transaction together.  She wants them so "fired up" that they can't wait to tell their friends and family about her fantastic service.     Referrals are her primary source of new business and as a result Sabrina has successfully closed over 25 million in sales.

Blackstone Country Club in Vistancia - Blackstone Country Club is an upscale private golf community with a “best in class luxury experience” in NW Peoria.  Sabrina’s role was to create custom lot sales and custom home building activity in the stalled community in the recession. While there had not been any lot sales or new construction in over two years, Sabrina sold over 20 custom lots and has been responsible for numerous custom home construction projects. In addition, she has been responsible for creating dozens of successful home purchases and sales for Vistancia residents.  

Pinnacle Custom Homes - Sabrina was responsible for custom lot sales and to generate custom home construction. She focused on The Boulders, Desert Mountain, Desert Highlands and other North Scottsdale luxury golf communities. She worked tirelessly with clients to design & build custom homes from lot selection to completion.
