Blackstone Country Club in Vistancia - Blackstone
Country Club is an upscale private golf community with a “best in class luxury experience”
in NW Peoria. Sabrina’s role was to
create custom lot sales and custom home building activity in the stalled
community in the recession. While there had not been any lot sales or new construction
in over two years, Sabrina sold over 20 custom lots and has been responsible
for numerous custom home construction projects. In addition, she has been responsible for creating dozens of successful home purchases and sales for Vistancia residents.
Pinnacle Custom Homes - Sabrina
was responsible for custom lot sales and to generate custom home construction. She
focused on The Boulders, Desert Mountain, Desert Highlands and other North
Scottsdale luxury golf communities. She worked tirelessly with clients to
design & build custom homes from lot selection to completion.
